The installation of the Insular Health Care Mobile Assistant (IMA) to the network of accredited IHC providers is now in full swing.
St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Manila were the latest IHC accredited hospitals where the mobile reader devices was installed. Facilities where the device were previously installed include Makati Medical Center, St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City, The Medical City and Mega Clinic. Other accredited hospitals are lined up for installation soon.
Thru IMA, accredited providers will be able to access IHC member’s information and coverage details thru the QR code that is imbedded in the new membership card. This online system means faster approvals and more convenient member access to their plan benefits and services.
With IMA, members can expect improved medical service and care experience and get efficiency gains from having faster access to information.
Other service capabilities include a search function to easily find accredited facilities and doctors (regularly updated to include recently accredited hospitals, clinic and dentists), member awareness, services such as, updates, wellness and health bulletins. Exclusive offers are announced on a timely basis.
The Insular Health Care Mobile Assistant (IMA) is accessible thru your mobile devices and tablets (iOS and android).
