Insular Health Care, Inc. (IHC) together with parent company Insular Life, participated in the 9th Anniversary Convention of World Financial Marketing Alliance (WFMA) held last March 24-26, 2017 at The Bayleaf Hotel, Cavite.
More than 200 WFMA members visited the IHC booth and enjoyed playing the fun game “Pick-an-Egg”. Prizes were also given out to visitors who instantly “Liked & Followed” IHC’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Dr. Arturo C. Libao, IHC AVP, Medical Director and Head of Medical Operations, was one of the guest speakers on the second day of the convention. He talked about the most common summer diseases. “The 4 S” – Sunburn, Skin Disease, Sore Eyes, Suka Tae. Dr. Libao made it more interactive by throwing questions in between his talk. Clinic vouchers for free consultations and discounts at IHC Makati Clinic were given to participants who gave the right answers. He later emphasized how these information can be used in their sales activities. He also emphasized some key points such as “Don’t sell a product, provide a service, don’t promise, address the need, finally, care for people and both extrinsic and intrinsic rewards will follow.”
Hence, Dr. Libao took the opportunity to promote IHC’s newest service innovation, the Insular Health Care Mobile Assistant (IMA). The mobile app aims to provide faster, better and more efficient health care experience to IHC members. It allows them to access their membership information, search for partner providers such as clinics, hospitals and doctors.
IMA is accessible in mobile devices and tablets across android and IOS platforms.
