Every morning is a new hope and a new beginning. The way you get up in the morning defines how your whole day will be spent. It may be good, perhaps not.
Below are some tips on how to start your day.


1. Smile

Smiling is a great way to make yourself stand out while helping your body to functionbetter. Smile to improve your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness.

2. Pray

Praying is an attempt of communication to God, our Creator. As God said, seek Him first and all the things shall be added unto you.

3. Meditate

Meditation is another way to relax and calm your senses. It makes you aware of every breath of yours, every little change or a slight sound in the surroundings around you.

4. Eat healthy

We have all heard that eating healthy can help you live a better life. Eating healthy can also give you more energy to help you make it throughout your busy day.

5. Shower

A shower always helps your body in a good way. You can be totally refreshed after a good, quick shower.

6. Exercise

Exercising also helps you to relax and stretch your muscles so that you don’t feel lethargic or weary during the day.

7. Reflect
